I am a Spinning Babies® Certified Parent Educator and a proud member of the best doula community. Trained through DONA® International, I offer my services as a Central Point doula. I am also Oregon State Certified and serve as a Regional Representative for the Oregon Doula Association. As an Ambassador for The Mom Walk Collective® in Central Point, I promote community and support for new parents. Additionally, I am involved with Postpartum Support International® and will serve as a Climb Leader for 2026. I provide mentorship to aspiring local doulas throughout Oregon, including Medford.

Spinning Babies® Birth Preparation Class
Taking a Spinning Babies® class with a local doula allows you to learn more about your own anatomy and your baby. Through the techniques of Gravity, Balance, and Movement, each mother becomes more in tune with her body and how to make space for her baby's delivery. In this class, taught by one of the best doulas in the area, I explain the true definition of physiological birth and guide you on how to achieve your goals for a smoother and more comfortable labor. Did you know that laboring with your baby in a less favorable position has been proven to lead to birth trauma for both the baby and mother, potentially causing breastfeeding challenges? Join us for a Medford doula-led class to prepare for your VBAC journey.
Group Class price is $189.00 per couple or an Insurance-covered Doula Flex Visit.
