I believe that every birthing person has the right to a safe and respectful birth experience. I am committed to providing personalized care tailored to each individual's needs and preferences. I work collaboratively with my families and their team, I am truly passionate about supporting families. I have mentored over a dozen of our local doulas here in the Rouge Valley, I also had the opportunity in designing and co-creating the local doula collaborative at Milk & Honey Lactation and Education. I heavily invest in continuous education as a doula, as of this summer I became a parent educator for Spinning Babies®. I cannot wait to share what else is coming soon for you local families, stay tuned!

I offer postpartum planning to help you prepare for the physical, emotional, and practical aspects of the fourth trimester period. I can help you create a support network. I offer meals deliveries with brief check-ins, as well as the traditional 2-3hr home visits to help with the tasks at hand.

The Oregon Health Plan covers having a doula for birth and postpartum care. I work with Jackson Care Connect, AllCare, MODA, Providence, Blue Cross, and more.

Why a Spinning Babies® Birth Preparation Class?
Taking a Spinning Babies® class allows you to learn more about your own anatomy and your baby. Through the technics of Gravity, Balance, and Movement-- each mother becomes more in tune with her body and how to make space for baby's delivery. In this class I teach you the true definition of physiological birth and how to achieve your goals with a smoother and more comfortable labor. Did you know laboring with baby in a less favorable position has been proven to lead to birth trauma for the baby, mother, and bring breastfeeding challenges?
Class price is $129.00 for two people.
