Spinning Babies® Birth Preparation Class
Taking a Spinning Babies® class allows you to learn more about your own anatomy and your baby. Through the technics of Gravity, Balance, and Movement-- each mother becomes more in tune with her body and how to make space for baby's delivery. In this class I teach you the true definition of physiological birth and how to achieve your goals with a smoother and more comfortable labor. Did you know laboring with baby in a less favorable position has been proven to lead to birth trauma for the baby, mother, and potentially bring breastfeeding challenges?
Group Class price is $189.00 per couple or an Insurance covered Doula Flex Visit.
