I offer postpartum planning to help you prepare for the physical, emotional, and practical aspects of the fourth trimester period. I can help you create a support network. I offer meals deliveries with brief check-ins as well as the traditional 2-3hr home visits to help with the tasks at hand.

The Oregon Health Plan covers having a doula for birth and postpartum care. I work with Jackson Care, Allcare, Open Card Medicaid, MODA, Providence, and more .

About Me
Hi, I'm Elexis Casey. I have been a Doula for almost three years, it is one of the best decision I’ve ever made! I am truly passionate about supporting families and birth. I took my DONA® International training at Doula Love in Portland Oregon. I am also a parent educator for Spinning Babies® . I heavily invest in continuous education as a doula, I can’t wait to put more of my 2025 achievements into practice for our community.
