The Spinning Babies® Birth Preparation Class focuses on helping parents understand how balance, movement, and body positioning can support a smoother, more comfortable pregnancy, labor, and birth. Participants learn practical daily activities and simple techniques to create balance in the muscles and ligaments surrounding the pelvis, encouraging optimal fetal positioning. The class also covers comfort measures for labor, partner support skills, and strategies for responding to common labor challenges with confidence. Through hands-on practice and evidence-informed education, families gain tools to work with their baby's natural movements, promote physiologic birth, and feel more prepared for the birth experience, regardless of how labor unfolds.
Mommies After Midnight is an overnight postpartum doula service designed to help families get the rest they need while knowing their baby is receiving attentive, nurturing care. Whether you're recovering from birth, adjusting to life with a newborn, or simply need uninterrupted sleep-overnight support provides peace of mind during one of life's biggest transitions. My role is to create a calm, reassuring environment.
